These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.mckaleyjacksoncoaching.com and any coaching services offered by McKaley Jackson Coaching, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our services.
SERVICES
McKaley Jackson Coaching LLC offers 1:1 coaching for former college athletes and organizational workshops. All services are coaching services only and are not therapy, counseling, or clinical mental health treatment.
NOT A THERAPEUTIC RELATIONSHIP
While McKaley Jackson holds a license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas, all services offered through McKaley Jackson Coaching LLC are coaching services—not therapy or mental health treatment. Engaging in coaching services does not create a therapist-client relationship. If you require mental health treatment, you are encouraged to seek services from a licensed mental health professional.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and downloadable materials, is the property of McKaley Jackson Coaching LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.
PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
Payment for coaching services is due as outlined in your individual coaching agreement. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in your coaching agreement. Please review your coaching agreement carefully before making payment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
McKaley Jackson Coaching LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or participation in coaching services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable services.
NO GUARANTEES
Results from coaching vary by individual and depend on your own effort, circumstances, and commitment to the process. McKaley Jackson Coaching LLC makes no guarantees about specific outcomes or results from participation in coaching services. Prior results obtained by other clients do not guarantee similar results for you.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
